Ethan Zell
My research examines self and social perception. Specifically, I am interested in the effect of social comparison information on self-evaluation, and whether some comparisons have a greater influence than others. I am also interested in the accuracy of self-evaluation. I have a variety of other interests including meta-analysis, self-talk, and the influence of age, culture, and gender on the self.
Primary Interests:
- Group Processes
- Interpersonal Processes
